McDowall
Two bathrooms, a powder room and a garage conversion, delivered as one continuous program so the family never had to move out.

The brief was a whole-house reset rather than a room-by-room refresh. Two bathrooms, a powder room and a garage that had become storage — all of it tired, and none of it working for a family of five.
Sequencing was the whole job. We staged the bathrooms so at least one shower stayed live at every point, finished the garage conversion first to give them somewhere to put furniture, and held the same trades from start to finish so nobody had to re-learn the house.
The finishes are deliberately quiet — large-format stone-look porcelain, timber-fronted vanities, frameless screens — because the owners wanted a house that would still look considered in fifteen years.

Strathpine
A second bathroom, a laundry and a walk-in robe carved out of a two-storey house so a family of five could stop queueing for one shower.
