What a project costs

We publish a starting figure because the alternative wastes everybody’s time — yours most of all. Below is where our work actually starts, and what the figure covers.

A single bathroom
From $34,000

Complete: strip-out, certified waterproofing, licensed plumbing and electrical, all tiling, all finishes, screens, painting and the final clean.

A main bathroom and ensuite
From $60,000

Both rooms specified as one scheme and built in a single program, so the ensuite and the main bathroom belong to the same house — rather than reading as two decisions made a year apart.

Whole-home programs
Six figures

Multi-room and whole-home renovations, quoted individually. Work at this scale is a standing part of our book rather than an exception.

Every figure is GST inclusive and covers materials, trades, insurances and certification. The number we agree before we start is the number you pay.

What moves the number

Four things, in order.

Moving plumbing
Relocating a shower, bath or toilet means new waste and water runs. Usually the single biggest line after finishes.
Room size
More floor and wall area is more waterproofing, more tile and more labour — it compounds.
Level of finish
The gap between a chrome mixer and a designer matte-black one, multiplied across every fixture in the room.
Structural change
Removing a wall or borrowing space brings in engineering and sometimes approvals.

Honestly

If your budget is $18,000, we are not your best option.

And you should find that out from a web page at 9pm, not from a builder standing in your bathroom two weeks later. For repairs and single-fixture work a local specialist will look after you faster and for less.
