McDowall
Barn-door entry, stone-look large-format tile and a wall-hung double vanity, delivered around a young family.
Two small children and one working-from-home parent. The constraint here was noise and access more than construction.
We started at nine each morning after daycare drop-off and kept the wet trades to the middle of the day. The barn door was the owners’ idea and it solved a genuine problem — a swing door would have fouled the vanity.
Large-format tile with minimal grout lines was chosen for maintenance as much as looks.
