Eatons Hill
A main bathroom and ensuite taken back to the studs, with full-height tiling, frameless screens and concealed cisterns throughout.
Both rooms were original to the house and both had the same problem — a shower that had been leaking quietly into the substrate for years.
Everything came out. New waterproofing, new services, new falls to the drains, then full-height tiling so there is no painted wall left in either room to fail later.
Concealed cisterns and wall-hung vanities keep the floor clear, which makes two fairly ordinary-sized rooms feel considerably larger than they are.
