- Renovated the Kitchen

Internal Area Renovation
- Full internal paint
- Polished all internal floors
- Removed vinyl flooring in the dining room and kitchen to sand and polish the wooden floors underneath
- Installed a new wardrobe
- Full kitchen renovation – removed all vinyl wall tiles, refinished the laminate benchtops in durable charcoal finish, replaced all drawer and door handles
- Laundry renovation – removed the carpeting and painted the floor in white,
Bathroom Renovation
- Disconnecting the plumbing and lighting, removing and disposing of the bath, vanity unit, shelving and the mirror
- Removed the termite damaged VJ boards and installed new pine VJ boards to match the current profile.
- Lined the bathroom walls with Aquacheck to ensure they are moisture resistant
- Refitted all skirting boars and installed new cornices to match.
- Installed a new power point on the dining room’s side
- Repaired all holes in the ceiling
- Adjusted the plumbing to suite the new layout of the bathroom
- Installed a new floor waste grate to run along the rear wall and installed new wall tiles
- Installed the new vanity unit, tapware and shaving cabinet.
- Installed a new twin head, matte black shower head and rail with a new matte black mixer tap
- Added a recessed wall shelf to the external shower wall
